  • Design, build and maintain the ML CI/CD pipeline and workflows that automates data collection, data analysis, experimentation, model training, model serving and monitoring in production.
  • Build, test and maintain the infrastructure and tools to facilitate the consistent and automated AI software solution development and release process
  • Automate model training and release workflows and build services around ML inference and model deployment for runtime processing
  • Data modeling to support machine learning model training
  • Work closely with data engineers, data scientists and product to scale model training, build pipelines that help in continuously improving models deployed in production and explore new data sources and model features
  • Implement measures to improve reliability and performance of the ML  infrastructure
  • Actively seek ways to improve ML pipeline development and operation process
  • Contribute to our overall mission by sharing your expert knowledge regarding ML Engineering, architecture, and ML Ops
  • Working in an agile, international environment


  • B.Sc., M.Sc. or Ph.D. in computer science or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer or in a similar role with strong ML background
  • Experience building, deploying and maintaining ML models in production
  • Experience with ML frameworks, python tools for data science and MLOps tools
  • such as TensorFlow, Apache Airflow, MLFlow and Kubeflow.
  • Solid skills in programming with Python and ability to write efficient, well-tested code with a keen eye on maintainability
  • Experience with cloud based data pipelines optimized for Machine Learning applications, AWS and / or GCP is a plus
  • Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiar with workflow management platforms like Airflow
  • Familiar with best practices in the data engineering and MLOps community
  • You enjoy working in an agile team, like to get involved, think “out of the box” and are keen to tackle new topics
  • Good German and / or English skills complete your profile
