HEAD OF MARKETING (m/f/d)

What’s missing now is you – a motivated and experienced Head of Marketing (m/f/d) with know-how, passion and creativity who pursues two goals: to bring our innovative publishing solution Purple DS closer to customers and to further develop SPRYLAB as a technology-leading partner for software projects. YOUR TASKS

• Responsibility for the Marketing department for Software Services and Purple DS
• Conception & implementation of communication strategies for the successful marketing of our B2B software in D-A-CH and UK
• Optimization of the lead-funnel
• Content planning & creation for blog articles, newsletters, webinars, videos, customer success stories, social media
• Continuous optimization of the Purple DS website
• Regular performance measurement of relevant KPIs
• Budget planning and control
• Regular monitoring of competition
• Coordination of external service providers
• Close cooperation with Sales and Customer Success

YOUR PROFIL  

• Degree in business administration, media communications, or similar with a focus on marketing
• At least 5 years of professional experience in (inbound) marketing in the B2B software industry
• Sense for quality & feasibility
• Good knowledge of web analytics
• Leadership experience of small to medium sized teams an advantage
• Ability to explain complex interrelationships in a simple way
• Great interest in digital solutions
• High level of passion, ability to work in a team and enthusiasm
• Independent “hands on” way of working
• Business fluent in German and English
