SENIOR SALES MANAGER (m/f/d)

The only thing missing is you!  An experienced Senior Sales Manager who contributes with know-how, passion and creativity to further develop SPRYLAB as a leading technology partner for software projects. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You are responsible for the marketing of our software services and build up this area together with us
  • You actively acquire new customers without losing sight of the expansion of existing customer business
  • You work hand in hand with the responsible managing director 
  • Independent execution of contract negotiations and closings
  • Presentation of the service portfolio and solution-oriented consulting
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies for the defined customer/partner group
  • You are responsible for the further development of leads into real opportunities
  • You conduct research on target customers, competition and market structures
  • You work closely with the marketing and IT departments
  • Forecasting and pipeline management

BEST POSITIONED – YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed university studies in or training with particularly extensive additional technical qualification
  • You already have 4+ years of experience in consulting /sales or business development in a dynamic environment
  • Your world is digital – you have a high affinity for the digital industry
  • You feel responsible for your area and would like to develop into a leader with us
  • You are characterized by your creative and structured way of thinking
  • You have an open personality combined with strong communication skills and persuasiveness
  • You have a good sense of humor and enjoy communicating with people
  • You speak fluent German (an absolute must) and very good English
