We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (m/f/d) who collaborates closely with product and engineering at Purple to integrate user-centered design principles and practices into every aspect of the product development process, ensuring that the user experience differentiates our offerings in the market and adds significant value to our clients.
YOUR PROFILE
- Design comprehensive user experiences for our SaaS product, focusing on UI, interaction, and visual design.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to drive informed design decisions.
- Actively contribute to product strategy, roadmaps, and objectives as part of a product trio.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure practical and successful design implementations.
- Partner with sales, project, and customer success teams to integrate client feedback into design solutions.
- Strive for a balance between user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain design systems and standards for consistency and efficiency.
- Inspire innovative thinking and advocate for best practices in user-centered design.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- 5s+ years of experience with a strong background in UX/UI design and user research.
- Capable of working independently as the sole design expert.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
- Exceptional collaborative and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability in an engineering-driven and sales-focused environment.
- Professional fluency in German and English.
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS product design is advantageous.
