With our publishing platform Purple, we help magazine and news publishers succeed – by combining rock-solid engineering, creative uses of AI and data with proven best-of-breed solutions. Our offering includes a headless CMS based on Gutenberg, a modular state-of-the-art news app and website framework, and a suite of AI-powered newsroom automation and audience development tools.   

Our customers range from medium-sized publishers to internationally publishing groups – from Australia to the Zurich Oberland. Close contact with our customers and users allows us to develop our product with our users at the center.

What we are still missing is you!  A talented technical customer service manager who contributes with know-how and passion to support our customers and make them more successful using Purplethe AI-powered publishing platform.  
 
We are looking for a technical customer service manager who will help our customers achieve their goals. Join our SPRYLAB family! 
 
YOUR TASKS 

  • As part of the Customer Success team, you are the main point of contact for our Purple customers  
  • You solve complex technical problems and support our customers with application questions  
  • You consult our customers on customization requests 
  • You work closely with the development team and support product development based on customer feedback 
  • You identify customer needs and help them become more successful with Purple 
  • You ensure knowledge transfer as well as continuous optimization of our support processes 
  • You are responsible for customer onboarding and turning our customers into Purple experts 

WHY YOU

  • You have a degree, ideally in the field of business informatics/informatics or a comparable field, or completed professional qualification with relevant practical experience. 
  • You have already gained experience in technical customer support, customer success and/or project management  
  • You have experience in SaaS B2B business 
  • Practical experience in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)  
  • You are a problem solver and love to help customers to achieve their goals 
  • Your world is digital – you have a high affinity for digital business models 
  • You have an open personality, are helpful and enjoy communicating with people  
  • You speak fluent German and very good English
