Senior Full-Stack Engineer (all genders welcome)

We are a consulting and development partner for customers across a wide range of industries, and we love turning ideas into concepts, MVPs and full-scale platforms. We support our customers from the idea through delivery to running the solution. We are currently going through a fascinating phase of growth.

YOUR TASKS

• You strengthen our development team and build solutions for national and international customers.
• You work out technically demanding concepts and software architectures based on customer requirements.
• As tech lead on the project you drive the technical vision forward and help colleagues build a stable, working system together.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Programming is your passion and you follow the technological trends.
• You are careful, reliable and pragmatic, and you find the solutions that are best for our customers without taking on technical debt.
• You are self-organised and learn new things quickly.
• You like working in a team and are keen to share what you know and can do as an equal.
• You know agile development methods (SCRUM and Kanban).
• You have a grasp of the fundamentals such as version control (Git), code reviews, test coverage, continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• You are familiar with the concepts of clean code.
• You use AI tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, and you know their advantages and their risks.

TECH SKILLS: WHAT YOU BRING

• Several years of frontend experience: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
• Several years of backend experience: TypeScript, nest.js
• Experience with RESTful services, GraphQL, API design and documentation
• Experience with SQL databases and schema design
• Experience with the relevant testing frameworks

That would be a plus:

• Experience with headless CMS such as Strapi or Directus
• Knowledge of cloud services and their infrastructure: AWS and Azure
• DevOps and IaC knowledge: Docker and Terraform
• Experience with LLMs and building agents
