Our management team

Stephan Heck

Co-founder & CEO

Stephan is the head of SPRYLAB and is focused on delivering outstanding value to our customers. Prior to SPRYLAB he worked for a few years as a project engineer at Daimler AG in Sindelfingen. Stephan has three children and lives in Berlin with his family.

Benjamin Kolb

Co-founder & CTO

Benjamin manages SPRYLAB’s technical infrastructure and ensures that we are efficient and constantly evolving. He was previously employed as Technical Manager at Axel Springer. Benjamin lives in Berlin with his wife and two children and is very passionate about playing the piano.

Arthur Silber

Managing Director

Arthur is Managing Director and Head of Development at SPRYLAB. Previously, Arthur worked for 4 years as Chief Architect at the prototyping startup kyub. He completed his academic training as an IT systems engineer at the Hasso Plattner Institute with honours. His personal areas of expertise are sustainable business models, digitalisation of products, innovative technologies and IT team building.

“We support our customers throughout the entire project cycle. From the initial idea and conceptualisation to the technological implementation, go-live and further development of the software. Although I hardly do any programming myself, I enjoy my position at the interface between customer contact, conceptualisation and working with our internal project teams all the more.”
