Who we are

Stephan is the driving force behind SPRYLAB, focused on delivering exceptional value to our clients. Before SPRYLAB, he spent a few years as a project engineer at Daimler AG in Sindelfingen. He also has three children and lives in Berlin with his family.

Benjamin leads the technical infrastructure at SPRYLAB and makes sure we stay capable and keep evolving. Before that, he worked as Technical Director at Axel Springer. Outside of work, Benjamin is a passionate piano player and lives in Berlin with his wife and two children.

Arthur is Managing Director and Head of Development at SPRYLAB. Before that, Arthur spent 4 years as Chief Architect at the prototyping start-up kyub. He completed his academic training as an IT systems engineer at the Hasso-Plattner-Institut, graduating with distinction. His personal areas of expertise are future-ready business models, product digitalisation, innovative technologies and IT team building.

“We support our clients across the entire project lifecycle. From the first idea and conception, through technical delivery and go-live, to the ongoing development of the software. I rarely code myself any more, but I enjoy my role at the interface between client contact, concept work and our internal project teams all the more for it.”
