The requirements for modern corporate management are high: creating transparent and lean processes, organising comprehensible knowledge management or providing evidence of legally compliant documentation are just a few of the points. This requires smart digital quality management.
Based on this need, Consolutions KG and IT Design GmbH together with SPRYLAB developed the software orgavision – one of the first successful Software as a Service solutions in Germany. orgavision GmbH offers quality management and business organisation from a single source. Originally developed with a focus on the social economy, the software is now also used by numerous companies from other sectors.
The well-founded knowledge of Consolutions KG as a consulting company for care organisations was the starting point for orgavision. The original goal was to design a platform that would meet all the requirements of an efficient business organisation with a special focus on the social economy.
SPRYLAB was involved in the conceptual development of orgavision from the very beginning. This was not only about technical knowledge, but also about understanding the social sector and its needs in order to make the best technological decisions. Johannes Woithon, founder and CEO of orgavision: “The SPRYLAB project team helped us tremendously in the design phase with a very constructive and critical view on the crucial content and technical issues”. As the requirements for documenting work processes in the social sector have increased massively in recent years, it was necessary to develop software that was as intuitive and time-saving as possible. This is the only way to really reduce the workload.

After a very agile development phase with immediate customer feedback, an alpha version was launched after about nine months. This enabled the first customers to be acquired to set up and test users. Further valuable feedback was quickly received and incorporated into the next development steps. This proximity to the customer guaranteed that real added value could be created quickly.
What was special about orgavision compared to other quality management systems from the very beginning? There is no special affinity for software in the social sector. Therefore, the functions were designed in such a way that there are no technical hurdles and can be used by employees without training.
In addition to a complete solution for quality management, orgavision can also map document management. The interface is designed so that entering information, creating task lists or assigning roles is very intuitive. The software can also be used as an internal company wiki or as an intranet. It can be used for onboarding new employees or for internal and external audits: Its flexibility and versatility make it an attractive tool. “Over the years, a special kind of cooperation has developed. There were no separate SPRYLAB and orgavision teams, just one team committed to joint success”, says Woithon.






Another big plus is the extensive database with sample templates. From manuals for outpatient and inpatient care to fleet management, companies can find essential documents that they do not have to create from scratch, saving them valuable time. orgavision and SPRYLAB have paid particular attention to data protection and ensuring that the SaaS solution can be operated in compliance with GDPR. This means that customers have the option of using orgavision on-premise in their own infrastructure.
